mouserate + accelfix windows 7 64bit

followed this guide, mouse wouldnt move anymore, had to change usb port :(

ye seems u have to keep windows in "test mode".

is there any problems with test mode, like stuff not working or ?

it's in the tool itself, remove watermark I believe
