Stardock Dock

So I got this Stardock on W7 ( right side ), and everytime I minimize my ET, it kinda stands in the middle of my screen :< Is there a way to not make that happen, or might there be a better object dock ???

its your ET resolution. Your minimizer isnt adjusting the resolution so the window screen fucks up.

So I should simply use my desktop resolution ?
