ET and sleep

I have noticed that if I play a lot of ET, then I'm kind of full of adrenaline and etc, and kind of awake. That means, that I can't sleep. So the golden question is:

How do which you sleep while ET as in do as you can try?

Sprint for some time and run out of ammo, hopefully it'll take a while to recharge so jump straight into bed and you should sleep :-)

They say you should get from electronics and shit around 1-2hrs before sleep to wind down! So it would help :PP
