Looking for a song...

It was some kind of a pop song, dance song. It's from around 1990-2000 or so, so kind of old. The video was with 3 girls who are in a laundromat store, and another guy who signs. The more the song develops, the girls who cleans their cloths starts dancing. It has something to do with "closer to the stars" Or "touching the stars" something like that..
