Fragmovie help =(

Decided to spend this friday night (:D) making a small fragmovie with some random frags I've got since people seemed to like the last one I made. Problem is, I totally forgot everything about settings and whatnot, I'm not in the mood to spend a lot of time making testclips and shit, wanna start right away.

I'm gonna be recording with 90 fps ingame with 1280x720, should I put the resolution at 1280x720 in vegas and what framerate should I use in vegas? And what do I put the framerate at later in virtualdub?

Also, what do people prefer for an SMG movie, popups or no popups?
