I'm sure some modern game has a really good OST, but I haven't played it probably lol. I loved the music in the Megaman series always :D

dont know bout OST but really nice ingame music which gives you a indescribable feeling and binds you to the story is in cod , bad company 2... dont know more atm :D

I'd say "The Dig", "The Curse of Monkey Island", "No One Lives Forever"(though I recorded it myself since I didn't see\hear any good OST's over the internet) etc...
