tottenham will not be signing any players this summer (other than sandro). Fabiano was their only target. Tottenham had agreed terms with fabiano, as well as having 3 bids accepted (14m, 17.5m and 18m). Reports are that the company that has shares in fabiano kept putting pressure on sevilla to up the price and demanded 25m, which tottenham are not willing to spend on a 29 year old.
