slac prob #666

If I set the path to ET this, C:\Program Files\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\ET.exe
It whines; "The selected game executable is not compatible with SLAC."

If I set it to this, C:\Program Files\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\Enemy Territory 2.60b\win32\ET.exe
It opens ET Console which whines; "Couldn't load default.cfg - I am missing essential files - verify your installation?"


So what can I do?:P

you have a virus prob had same prob and khaplja told me it's a virus so i had to clean my pc took me ages ;(

Copy the ET.exe from ur Enemy Territory 2.60b to your ET folder, then try with /ET/ET.exe

had the same problem i fixed it with backing up my etmain & etpro folder

then i reinstalled ET & it worked fine

missing default.cfg is that pak0 is missing :)

you are just too cheaty to use slac so you search reasons why not to use it :DDD

Many would laugh to such accusations. I'm so shitey player that no one would believe that I was cheating. Oh and fractures tip worked, and its working now. :3
