there is another site which is even better (forgot url) but this a proper one. Ignore everyone who isnt giving the whole picture on the monitor, there are a lot of things to conisder. Response rate is overrated also, imo its better to worry about viewing angles, colour accuracy etc than <=4ms reponse. Also remember that a response of say 10ms is different in the real world depending on which of the 3 LCD monitor types you have. I went for the samsung syncmaster that is the favourite on digitalversus and its great, one setback is reponse rate but you wont notice anything.
