ettv wishlist

we need these two commands in next version of ettv:

>/matchtime
>29 oct 2006 17:35:56 UTC

>/matchstate
>1st map, 2nd stage, timetobeat 12:56

matchtime is, ofcourse, the time when watched events took place, not the begining of the match. these data shouldn't be reset with match reset.

is it doable?
