and try to show more fairplay next time. This goes specially for Impact (ross to be precise... at the opposite side, sqzz has shown great fairplay!)

Well i personally think we won the 1st match fairly. Lags started on sd with 5mins left on the clock without them getting anywhere near to the flag. Its not the fact or prestige of winning ec, tbh id rather win the mousepad - its the way they are reacting in the discussions.
I undestand you feel the first map was won by impact fair and and square but since it was a lag match try to understand the opposing team so instead of participating in this silly flame (both impact and f5) just chill out a bit and show some good game spirit as top teams and try to resolve this dispute in a fair manner replay the match 2nd map w/e it's negotiable isn't it?
I dont think after setting a decent time and holding u at flag for 6mins is the same as lagging from the start of a map. We obviously could continue this arguement forever so im gonna leave it at that.
Not 100 %sure but close enough to post this, but if Matias didnt have that lagboost that made him drop down while pushing in up, then they would have taken the flag a lot faster, making it a relatively open game.
Im pretty confident that with that start and with 5mins left with an easy spawn we would have comfortably won without sounding arrogant. Also basing it on probability and there is always a chance he could have died etc. Playing a map with 100 pauses and lag constant is no way in deciding a map, but thats my opinion.

I dont think clanbase want to wait 3 weeks for the final to be decided. They are already holding back the prizes for Quakelive Cod4 etc because of the ET final being delayed.
because my personal opinion is that that isnt fair. Also xylos wont be here tomorrow and maus goes on holiday for 2 weeks on friday. There isnt much we can do.
I didnt watch the match but from what i can read here it sounds like a perfectly fair solution (i know it's bad for you but it does not make it unfair) so instead whining you could have just finished the match when you had the possibilty to do so :(
Supply has the same quality as goldrush, when the first stage is taken the defending team can lose everything just until the last stage in less than one minute. Obviously this is just hypothetically(?) but you can't be sure whether or not this would have happened, I'm just trying to empathize with both teams and I can only come to the conclusion that the entire game should be replayed.

Not just the "big lags" but also the little ones, one missed revive might have been the reason a defence got held one rush longer ( or vice versa ), one extra headshot in a firefight with an engineer could have had the same effect. Just my thoughts, not trying to attack you.
What your saying is correct and i have no arguements with it. I just think SD was already over before the lags could even have any influence and GR was just a tight match in general. But hey, im just big fat unsportsmanlike ross that is desperate to in ec.
