just fill in a support ticket about how your glides are totally ragged and shit, ask them how to fix it, they will send new glides via post.

my support ticket:
Mijn muisvoetjes zijn helemaal versleten en mijn muis voelt heel erg stroef. Mijn muismat is glad. Wat kan ik hier aan doen?

My mousefeet are totally worn out and my mouse really feels rough. My mousepad is fine. What can I do to fix this?
