best mouse

Iceland rNzy keeps telling me the microsoft 3.0 is the best mouse for et. (looks like the mice i use @ college :DD)

i have had mx518 like 3 years ago, and the deathadder from 2008 fall - present.

what's the best mouse?

Of all the mice i've ever used in terms of RAW accuracy and precision (so not taking into account all the other crap such as shape) i'd rank them as:

1.) Deathadder v1
2.) Diamondback v1
3.) MX518 v1

Afterwards it's closer but something like:

4.) MX510/IME3/Copperhead
5.) Random USB mice clocked at 500Hz
6.) MX900 and other wireless mice

I've had the Deathadder and the MX518 I would probbaly rate the Mx518 higher than the deathadder dunno why but just feel similar but more comfortable.

also didn't Anderson use IME3.0 for a while ?

So you just rated the mice on how comfortable they are not accuracy. That's obvious comfort is down to personal preference. But the deathadder sensor is more accurate for a fact, and most people would agree it's a more accurate mouse.

feels same for me accuracy etc don't see what the big deal is anyway...

but I'am pretty sure Anders0n used that mouse and his aim is good

Yes, deathadder is very sensitive about the movements, but it's not as sturdy as MX to use.

What has changed about the new deathadder in your opinion? Why is it no longer as accurate as the v1?

The new 3500 dpi sensors are all terrible, they simply track a lot less accurately and have z-axis tracking problems with many popular mousemats. The only advantage the new DA has over the old is the cable, everything else is inferior.

I have used The Great Three (mx518, Ime 3.0, Razer DA)

All damn good, although its been 3 years already since I used mx518 so I cant remember it anymore so well

probably DA v1 wich i sadly dont own v2 sucks especially when you get hit zero control in youre aim, i also own a microsoft wmo 1.1A it is good for games like cs because you dont have the track the opponent in the way you track at ET so it becomes hard to play with it sensor surely cant keep up with fast handmovements mx518 rocks also the new one the skates makes this mouse suck just install the same mousefeet the old one has problem fixed ;)

I mean a good aimer would finally aim well with every optical/laser mouse and a shitaimer will never aim godlike if he changes to another mouse

who says you are aiming to your best abilities now with your current mouse? i dont think you will aim alot worse or better with some other optical or laser mouse after some enough time to adjust to it
