ps3 hd output

Got this weird problem. This morning when I tried to boot my mom's PS3 it didn't show any image on screen, so I tried resetting the AV settings by holding the power button for a few seconds until the second beep at booting, but now the TV says it doesn't support the outputted format, which should be low res now..

How the hell do I fix this, and is it possible that you reset a PS3 to output HD in the same way it has a reset function to make it output lowres again?

Volgens mij door twee knopjes in te drukken krijg je standaard settings.. Moet je maar is over lezen, het is iig mogelijk dat hij naar default shit gaat.

ja als je de boot knop 5 seconden ingedrukt houdt piept ie 2 keer en reset ie de video output naar lowres, maar ik denk dat mn moeders tv die modus niet support (althans, dat geeft ie aan). daarom vraag ik me af of het ook mogelijk is hem weer naar HD output te krijgen op een soortgelijke manier, maarja probeer dat maar eens te googlen, dan krijg je alleen maar reset naar lowres :/

proberen waard idd, en ik lees nu ook online dat het een of ander vaag stroom probleem kan zijn, kga s ff checken, bedankt man!

we had the same probs @ a friend's house and the only solution we had was: Plug in to a HD-TV and set it back there :D no other solutions
