is the Black Edition really worth the 70€ more?

Depends how much you're going to overclock it.

Are you going to clock an extra 70e more worth out of it? If so, there's your answer

depends how much a decent cooler is worth, because I hardly doubt I gonna overclock 120€ with it

it is easier to overclock with the black edition, but afaik they have the same potential, so I would say no

no 1055T can also run the same speed if you overclock it a bit. Only above 4ghz the 1090T will be most likely be stronger.

cheapest board for the i7 950 is 140 bucks so i wont go for an intel proc with the fucked up northbridge based memory clock
