time for a new series

I have finished watching Fringe. Magnificent series (disappointing on some occasions but overall, great stuff)
I'm now looking for a new daily series, a serie which I watch daily (well most of the time, sometimes I skip some days.

I need two series, one comedy, and one thriller. Preferably with a lot of seasons

I don't want new series
I don't want 'average' series, e.g "it's ok" "it's not bad"

I have watched so far these thrillers(note I have watched much more, but these are to mention)
True Blood
Dexter
Lost
PB
Fringe
4400
Spartacus

For Comedy:
TAAHM
Scrubs
TBBT
HIMYM
FM (and all the mother series)
SP
Futurama

And all the old comedy shows (friends sienfeld, 70's etc)

I currently have my eyes on Supernatural.

I have a list of over 50 series to watch, but can't really decide. I hope you aren't limited enough to only mention series similar to the requirements.

well its about 2 brothers (also hunters) searching for their father who is a hunter. the father is hunting a demon who killed his wife. they hunt everything, zombies, ghost, vampires, demons etc etc. in every episode they finish 1 mission so if u just watch 1 episode it makes no sense but if u look all it does. i dont want 2 tell all the story otherwise u dont have to watch it any more =) just take a look at it! i love this serie

i watched true blood, dexter and weeds.

all of them are fucking great and i can't wait for next season/episode.

i also need some good series, but not commedy.. i need something like dexter or true blood.
