Why some members can make a poll, and others not ??
WE NEED DEMOCRACY! ALL USERS SHOULD DO IT, OR SIMPLY JUST (sw)ALLOW THE ADMINS !!

I think you should do like the "news system". A poll is validated only after beeing seen by an admin.
