logitech customer support

so good and friendly :) i mailed to them that my mx518 doesnt function as it did before np they gonna send me a new one :) 2 months ago i asked where to get the original feet because hyperglides etc. are to small in comparison to the original feet,they send me a pack for free :) next mouse is going to be a logitech for sure :p

No, I also talked with these guys and just told them that the cable was broken (I actually thought that because I didnt see the '+' IN the sticker :P), so I had to remove the stickers to open it, and they didn't care. I also received new skates, but never had a new mouse, maybe you need the S/N for that to actually prove that you owned that mouse already

yes, logitech are known for there good service.
mailed ? give mail and how/what you did, thanks, i want 2 new mx518.
go to their site register yourself then go to support then write what the problem is,they will send you a email with we need some information of the mouse,codes like S/N,PID etc then they want to be sure you actually really own a mx518 you need to scan the evidence you recieved when you bought that mouse in the past. voila ;)

never bothered that and i have my 6th mx518 i believe, maybe next time!
dude, they sent a brand new mx518 to brazil :D:D:D i was like :o but then i was like :)
