win, firefox and quakelive

hi, i have a problem with firefox and quakelive:

nromally firefox has this glassy upper bar (where the browser title is in).. after starting quakelive it dissapears (for having better performance).. but when i close quakelive, restart FF or even restart win7, the glassy bar wont come back.

any fix for this?

f11 will remove the whole title bar aswell as the start menu :o
