game on specific screen?

I have 2 monitors and wondered if it was possible to set up a specific game to open on a specific monitor?

i am trying ultramon but the game wont be in fullscreen on my bigger screen, its just as small as the screen on the left :S

Hmm, don't really have experience with different screen sizes. Also have no clue on how to fix this.
