OpenCup 5o5 groups

I will be a main supervisor of OpenCup for the first time. This means I will implement some changes I think are good. First of all, I would like to inform that before my standards, groups were usually published shortly after given deadline without much chance of changing them. This time, you will be able to see a preview of OpenCup groupstage in this week (hopefully by thursday). This will mean you will have time for applying for league changes and so on (the best way to convince me is to play officials, like cb 5o5 ladder and so on!). After some changes, groups will be published on 30 Sept/ 1 Oct so you got approximately 1 week to apply for changes.

Please remember that I won't accept a clan without 6 members with SLAC guid entered.
