good movie, but expected more from all the 'awesome' stories.

Hoping for a part 2, as that should be ninja kill extravaganza :P

lol seriously...
we ve been watching that movie last week and it was like one of the worst movies i have seen in quite a while...
well, i m not a fan of action movies in general but apart from angelina (who also didnt catch their best movie with salt), the movie was utter shit.
The storyline was the worst joke i have ever heard... at least the special effects were kinda eyecandy but not responsible for making a movie awesome to me.

if you want to see storylines watch a fucking romance or shit like that..@action films you have to care about the action, special effects, stunts, the whole making..actions films are something to look at, not to think about... :-/

but the action is always pretty similar and not really makes the movie awesome for me..

Maybe in some action movies you shouldnt care about the story, yes, but in that one i was just disappointed about how hard they failed with it.
I would really have preferred, that there wouldnt have been any storyline at all. but all that doubleagent shit, blowing up a pseudo complex story where noones identity is clear is just so damn awful to me.

I just prefer movies, where you can talk about it afterwards with your friends... may it be about the humor or about the story but in those actionmovies you just spend 8 euros on a cinematicket, sit down and completely forgot what it was all about as soon as you left the cinema again...

btw i want to see angelina in some serious role now. her tomb raider times are definitely over!

yeah you are right, but you actually know that before you go into the cinema ;-) you had just too high expectations, read the critics and if you still dont mind then you can go into the film, but I really didnt expect too much of it. for an action film it was quite decent though :P
you are also right about angelina jolie, and she really is a fine actor what you can see on e.g. changeling or girl, interrupted ..she really should do more of these.
