mx518 Logitech Support

Hoi, after this journal:

I tried the trick, contacted logitech support the 16 september,
they asked some numbers under the mx518, adress, purchase date..
then they say its okay, wait 4 to 14 days to receive the new mouse :D

today i just received it by UPS (they called me this morning, "hey blabla we are coming this morning :P ), nice, in 5 days, i got it 8D

actually on their french website, its wrote 3 years.

on my receipt it clearly says 5-year warranty from logitech, 3 from reseller (for all 3 MX518 I bought and 1 MX510, also for their keyboard)

good to know, got a mx518 laying in my closet, mouse disconnects every time :/ guess its the wire, time to send an email :D

don't trust any other mark except logitech @ mouses ;)
