nokia pc&ovi suite

anyone has nokia and using this trolololol programs?

as they are being completely bugged and CRAP.

for 2nd time most recent messages are simply deleted...and then, some messages that program previously deleted are back on phone and some that I wanted to delete showed up again...just dont get it

dont have to install anything :] works on every pc (with xp, vista and w7)

If you install the PC suite to get the drivers, then uninstall it, u can bluetooth your phone to the lappy and tether its internet.

well its decent for ovi maps...for software update,to save messages as files, and some other shizzles.but its fucking bugged.

oh and finally got that nokia ovi player is ex music manager, and its not integrated in same program.STUPID

Had no problems with any thing on it but found after a while that i dont need most of the stuff on it so as m1ke said, now i just plug in the phone(s) nokia 5800 or my X6 and can do every thing with out the suite.

When I updated from the nokia suite to OVI suite nothing worked anymore. Cable drivers never detected my phone and all the solutions suggested failed. Bleh.

why are they trying to make some "simple to use" items and sync every fucking thing there is, which then again,is completely useless.

so how would u get ur messages out of cellphone for example? or put ur music with correct tags & album covers?

I just plug & play. There's no need for the crap software thay Nokia provide (or Ovi). And you can update your Ovi software from your phone.

Plug my phone in via USB and it's recognised as a removable device, works just like any other MP3 player for example. Same is with apps, games, videos, texts.

hmmmmmmmm when u put some albums on ur phone,are covers also saved? or dnno how it goes...would like to have cover album on each album. but i dont know the specific definition what is needed to have it in certainly

Yeah Ovi is shit. Anyway, I doubt I'll buy Nokia again, tho I still prefer Symbian over Windows Mobile (ain't I weird? :P). Maybe I'll give Android a try soon

True, i was so disappointed after all these lags, freezes and booting itself once in a while.
It got bit better with updates but still not fixed.

Next cellphone will be simplest model available :)
