if anything house has been nice for about 1-1,5years after it did first rise to mainstream and made it into the mainstream clubs that would play all the regular shit like r&b, rap, evergreens and charts until 24h and then house.
cause after that it went really electronic and every producer would only experiment with more electronic sounds (and fat fucks like timbaland would even bring that influence into popmusic).
now its all about endlessly pitched female vocals with wnb electronic sounds.
listen to all that crookers dirt and deadmouse stuff... its aweful!
if you need that gayish vocal stuff it ought to be radically looped like that

but if ur actually not trollin and a fan of rap/hiphop music you should look up
"auto-tune" to understand what ruined that awesome music to become this sequence of synthetic noises.

i have downloaded autotune already but never tried it out. i know that it ruined todays stuff, but i listen to the oldschool-stuff only. if you use autotune, nearly anyone could make a song xD
