Hellow,
just formatted the pc (new OS) and lost my addons etc, can find the most, but i had a few for QL wich i kinda need back
- Add blocker when you join the server
- Improved server list
- demo player

so basically u put money in the terminal and get a virtual debit card with that amount of money on it's account and all card details being sent in SMS to the phone u enter, kinda good service for some small e-shopping.
i think paypal made their own service like that https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/cps/account/VDCFrequentlyAskedQuestions-outside or you can find some other paypal->virtual card offers on the internet (some might be scam though i guess)
