this journal might be stupid. But your comment sounds like you are in the position to judge who can play oc premier and who can't.

Now anwser on this question. Do you think you should play in OC prem with target?

dont play with target:).

target doesnt even play oc imo, they will sign out, or epic will play under that name.

VIP should be oc prem though
