Actually im playing with 125 fps and I have never ever used 71 (or any other fps change) for pistol. :)

I really dont know, im just shooting and get random headshots. :P
No secrets here.

I have played with 76,100 and now 125 and I do feel alot of recoil now with 125 fps so if you want less I would agree with monkeyy to at least have your fps under 125 for pistol

ah ok then you just move your mouse a little bit down to remove the recoil :)
