Hello, me and a friend have been given the opportunity to go to Canada for a few years and do some work over there.. they gave us a few choices, I don't really fancy going to the french part, so I was wondering if any canadians could give me some advice on the nicest cities! I have family in Toronto, but that's full of Asians and I'm racist so that's a no go.

a youth programe im involved in is giving people aged 18-30 to work in a different country for a couple of years, and there was 15 spots left in Canada, and since I've been to canada and enjoyed it, we thought why not, but i've only ever been to toronto

dpends on what you want, if you want advice about the west coast pm shaun - it's a great area Vancouver BC beautiful weather year round, from what i hear a great place, I talk to people there all the time through my job. I would stay away from the flat barren waste lands (manitoba, saskatch, alberta - also some places out there can be crazy for cost of living and weather can be insane as well) East coast offers a different type of living, sort of rural folk - (New brunswick, PEI, Nova Scotia) Again, different weather, different lifestyle... never been out there though I wouldn't want to stay there for YEAR/S though. Ontario would probably be the best bet for you a lot of multiculturalism with not too much conformity on anything. You'd wanna be southwestern Ontario which is close to Toronto area (Greater Toronto Area). Which is where you find cities like London, Kingston, Burlington, Ottawa, Toronto (obv), St. Thomas, Windsor. It's also weather wise not too bad - winter can be retarded, right next door to detroit & NY (well i say right next door it'd be a few hour drive).

Vancouver is the best place to go in Canada besides Toronto.

Vancouver is dope, the people there are super nice (Canadians are generally almost overly nice in my experience) and it's extremely beautiful. It rains a lot, but no more than in London. You'd also be close to Seattle, which is one of the friendlier major cities in the US and is also similarly beautiful. Just like anim said.

Acording to worst places to live via murders per population Saskatoon was #2 in the WORLD to live in. Because we had 3 murders in a year with only about 200,000 people living here. Its not that bad, but downtown is pretty shitty :>

If you want a nice looking city(but expensive to live in): vancouver
If you want boring people, no alcool after midnight: Toronto
Dont go to Edmonton & Calgary. Theres nothing to do there.
