Dexter S5E01
Rita, the most annoying character in the show to date is dead. Doesn't stop her appearing in episodes but I have no real problem with her being on screen, as long as she's not interfering with the plot.
Astor can FUCK. OFF. She is without a doubt the worst child actress I have ever ever ever seen - and I've watched Coronation Street. She fucking butchered an 'emotional' scene :/
Also, did anyone else think that the acting was a bit sub-par in this season opener?

It was a good enough epi i think.
Michael C. Hall was again amazing, after he butchered the dick in the toilet especially, but I just enjoy the way he tries to learn emotions from other "normal" people, but can't really do it properly.
For example, sitting in the mickey mouse hat, telling the kids Rita is dead then saying "sorry for your loss", just copying the guy from the funeral parlour. Brilliant.
Moreso the deadpan FBI representatives, ala Prison Break, Deb, Quinn and especially Laguerta.
OR DOAKES?!
They are trying to stay true to real cultural environments, are they not?
So anything that seems really out of order can be described as a case of bad writing, no?
Nice fail at intelligence. Good luck at school.
good luck in school.
Go look it up, fiction and non-fiction.
has shit to do with satire at all.
fact is, its fiction which means certain things can be out of order.
It's not because the fiction as a genre is very liberal that this series is. Though it's obvious that not everything has to be in order, every series creates it's own boundaries, and when something isn't all that plausible, it exceeds those boundaries. You can agree or disagree with me that his reaction isn't plausible and therefore not fitting, but that has very little to do with your initial comment. I'm obviously fully aware that this series is fictional, and your smartass comment is either relentlessly stupid OR lame, no matter how you look at it.
I actually have no idea how fictional the show is cause I never got past episode 2 ;)
You are missing out though, it's a great show :p
but the episode was unbelievably amazing as usual, dexter is pure class and i don't think there is and will be a series that can top it
You found the series so emotionally engaging that it brought you to tears.
The LOST scriptwriters were the biggest con artists of the 21st century and you lapped up their shit every single week with a fucking grin on your face.
You cried. At LOST.
you don't have much against me do you
