polling rate on win7

So i just got a mx518 and i have tried the nohq or w/e its called and it doesnt work is there any other program/way to change the polling rate ?

I got 500Hz with mx518 on win 7 :p sec i'll give you link

hmm yeah I meant the nohq.. it works perfectly in here (though I had some issues installing, had to try it a few times etc)

well when i tried it on that it crashed my usb ports i cant use my mouse on those ports.

To fix ports, plug your mouse into whichever ports dont work, then use your keyboard (as your mouse wont work) to navigate to the device manager. uninstall the drivers for mouse, then unplug the mouse and plug it back in, it should work again.

yeah the first time I got the same but I think it was because I did smth wrong at step 6 of the tutorial http://www.ngohq.com/news/15043-how-to-increase-usb-sample-rate-in-windows-vista-7-a.html

Use the right directory!!!

"C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\HIDUSBF.sys"

try not to press Install service or smth like that and see if it still crashes. If not there is some longer way to do it,but then its gonna work 100%
