i tried to install ET again after 1 year of break...

now when the setup has completed 86 % of the installation, this error appears:

An I/O error occured while installing an file.
This is normally caused by bad installation media or a corrupt installation file.


any1 got an idea what to do?

i did, i tried to download it from numerous hosters but its always the same
