just found out that my stupid pc only detects one core of the cpu, now none of the solutions work, so all i'm left with is a format, which i don't wanna do :/

im usually playing on 1920*1080 but i have to set the resolution to 800*600 to be able to play laggfree.. and thats a common problem :-P
