TS2 and Linux again

As the xfire-search is useless, I have to make another journal about this..

So, on Suse, TS2+ET worked nicely with

# echo "et.x86 0 0 direct" > /proc/asound/card0/pcm0p/oss
# echo "et.x86 0 0 disable" > /proc/asound/card0/pcm0c/oss

But this doesnt work anymore, now that I am using Ubuntu. I tried this also:

# echo "et.x86 0 0 disable" > /proc/asound/card0/pcm0c/oss

As I am not running on KDE, artsdps -m et doesnt do any good either

Suggestions?
