sound..

I bought new sound card , everything is fine except my mic thing , i hear myself at headset / speakers but in vent nobody doesnt hear me .. i tried also sound recorder that green thingie aint also moving.
E: Btw i found out very strange thing when i ran that thing Test hardware in Audio and Devices settings then my mic worked at sound record :SS
