RAM question

what RAM should I get for:

CPU: INTEL Core 2 Duo E7500, 2.93GHz, 1066Mhz, s775, 3MB Tray
MotherBoard: ASUS P5QPL-AM s775 C2Q 1333Mhz, Intel G41, DDR2 800, PCI-E, HDAudio
HD: Seagate Barracuda 500GB + 160GB
Graphics: ATi Radeon HD 5670 1GB GDDR5 DX11 PCI-E
O/S: Windows XP Professional SP3

I had 3GB (2x 1.5GB) 800Mhz but it was my brother's and now he took it back, now I have 2x 0.5GB 500Mhz from my old PC and I'd like to upgrade it, was thinking about 800Mhz 2x 2GB of Kingston, should I get higher Mhz? or 800 is fine..

800 is fine, just get a good brand + as low timings as possible

Also try getting DDR3 if possible since it has MOAR bandwidth, which means it's faster (regardless of clockspeed)
