Shit internet? Uploading

Trying to upload smth to own3d. But it isn't uploading. It stays 0%. Same with megaupload. First it's quik 1mb/s and then it go's down and down and down untill 20 kb/s and it's not moving on.

Solution? Tried to reset internet already for a couple of times.

i got the same problem, when uploading to soundcloud for example (online audio streaming service). didnt try own3d.tv but i guess it would be the same.
Im using firefox + win7 64bit. Maybe its a win7(64bit) problem.

Anyway, using internet explorer helped me out.
