Lunch?

What do you guys usually eat for lunch? Where do you eat?

I ask that because I fucking eat pastas like everyday @ university cafeteria since I am not italian I don't get it :S So I have to get some french fries @ chippy in order to eat something "different" but it's like more expensive.

We got a shitload of cheap cafés around where many of the university students eat. You can get anything there.

well yes, since monday, i have no school (manif et blocus pour les retraites :DDD), so i eat at home. But in normal days, i dunno, it's everyday different :)

Fatoush (salad with bread, tomatoes, parsley, mint, coriander)
Tabouleh (parsley and bulghur + tomatoes salad)
Hummus

All this never goes without rice and thick, rich yoghurt.

At uni: If the cafeteria or canteen are offering something nice I go there. Most of the time it's just some baguette/bread with chickenbreast, cheese and salad. Quite cheap and keeps you full for some hours.

At home (1-2 times a week) mostly pasta with some light spicy tomato sauce. I'm pretty much addicted to it :-(

It also kinda depends what happens after lunch time for me. If I know there are quite some lectures or studying coming up, I eat some more, so I don't need to go snacking during this time. If there's just free time, I go for something lighter as I don't need all this energy :-d

Since I am Dutch... Bread with cheese. Yes we eat bread for lunch, nothing warm (except tosti's ofc).

Even when my balls are freezing off! At around 18:00 we eat a warm meal. We as in most of the Dutch I know.
