Razer deathadder still fucked

So I got my new 3500 dpi razer from razer for free and 2 weeks later, my mouse started to go to 9000 sensitivity when I was in game. I even set my sensitivity to 0 and my sens was sitll moving like crazy. I installed the newwest firmware, and as it was loading it said don't take out the razer mouse, so I didnt and it just froze now my new deathadder isnt working, everytime I connect it to different pc's it says "USB NOT RECOGNIZED"

I tried solutions from google saying you turn off your computer for 30 mins un polug everything blah blah and it still doesnt work. Is there any new solutions or do I have to send my mouse back to them? It was firmware update Razer DeathAdder 3500DPI Firmware Updater v2.41, after I installed the default razer driver

TLDR VERSION = MOUSE DONT WORK, BECAUSE OF FIRMWARE UPDATE, SAYS "USB NOT RECOGNIZED"

I think so, its like flashing your bios with the wrong version it messed it up, I think its just a ROM chip in the mouse.

when will people finally recognize that razer mouses are so fucking low in quality?

i got my mx518 for so many years now and it still works perfect.

when i had a diamondback it broke after some months.

If your sens goes to 9000 it is about game since DA doesn't have any "sensitivity" option, just DPI?
