Lag issues?

whats up crossfire..

how are u?

anyway, i have issues with lags when playing cod 2 / et, anyone can help me out? never had them before, but really bad now, i got like 230-600 ping on every server i play at, ive restarted modem, closed all uneccessary programs, cleaned pc etc.. is it PB that causes it?
