Due to the great work done by the developers of alterIW.net , YCN hosting is now providing Modern Warfare 2 Dedicated Servers. This allows you to experience pings that were never achievable in the original game, and provide the performance essential for competitive gaming.

You can now purchase one of our Modern Warfare 2 servers on http://www.ycn-hosting.com Please note that all players must install a modified version of the game based on the alterIW.net system before they can join your server. Probably because Steam isn't an anti-cheat program.

Well thats crap, so theres no anti cheat for it? no wonder majority of people are hacking on the pc version

AlterIW.net have been doing this stuff for ages and no action taken against them yet. They're the ones who cracked the game for dev console use etc.
