Uploading problem!!

When I try to upload it is stopping the whole time, and it won't finnish it. First it's quik 1mb/s and then it go's down and down and down untill 20 kb/s and it's not moving on.
It's with megaupload upload.ee upload through email etc etc

Solution? Tried to reset internet already for a couple of times.

try some uploading tool which allowes you to stop and continue uploading

Shut down your internet for a while. If it still doesn't work after you re-activated it, try to upload it from another PC.
If there is still a problem, call your provider as soon as possible and explain them the problem.
