I just finished some stuff with YAE, and I actually feel pretty much tired :<

I wrote the updater part in C++ to make it work more smoothly etc, but now editing it was getting more and more time consuming, since it's too easy to overcomplicate stuff in C/++ :P But I finally did a decent cleanup! :) For now all my errorlogs are empty, so at least I've got some satisfaction while going to sleep ;)

By the way, slacnicks and slacids are finally searchable ;) Too bad there's so few data from servers, so it's not a big plus. Care? http://trakos.pl/yae/ :P

well, aren't they're not as outdated as they are lacking the older data, like older than month or so? :D

But yeah, I got your point, it's lacking many feature, but I can't really help it, it was just a brute way :D

But I guess I'll leave it working for now, the fact that it searches also in the comments is quite cool :D You can like check who mentioned your nick in the past days :D

e: damn I was so sleepy that actually wrote about cffind here :D

yeah, it searches for your entries when you provide it with your slacnick, but as for SLAC it only gathers data from a few public servers that were added by some nice guys, so you just might have not played on one of them

yeah, I know, but I obviously don't have any access to slac data ;) I can only stream those servers, which are added by the server admins themselves. The only option would be to somehow encourage more people to add them to yae (private servers can be added as well), but that's just out of my skills :D

Only chaplja or other SLAC-related people can gather all data from slac-servers to some master ;) Though I agree, it would be cool if they would tweak server addon to always allow yae/other software to obtain user data ;)

Yup, understand your problem :/ I don't see why chaplja would have problem to give basic user-info to public, can't be that hard since it already streams everything.

It's quite simple, I can't show you the whole ip beacause it could violate law (blah blah privacy, ip adress blah blah) :(

So, as a result when you ask for 217.136.69.xx I search for 217.136.69.*, meaning every ip between 217.136.69.0 and 217.136.69.255 will match. He just got a different last number of ip, but still the match is being made.

- crossfire-enhancer (greasemonkey stuff - highlighting new comments, changing website title to include journal/forum/article/etc name, hiding images, hiding advertisements (including heavenmedia columns) etc - only screens are online now, since not many people used them, and later on many features were added to cf natively - before the swine crash, they weren't restored:P) http://trakos.pl/cf/e/
