Went to Miami in USA to buy the new Mustang 2011 GT Premium.

I really fall in love with most beautiful girl i ever met.
and no i wont show pics on her
I did not do anything with my hair so i got afro.
Started to train hard again, to become fucking ripped.
I chilled pretty much whole summer with my girlfreind and mah freinds.
Summer is over and i train hardcore now.
I got unbanned on crossfire and i will go to gym now with pavel my friend, to kill my shoulders and abs.

So what u mean is that you will be able to fuck me down in a fight. Yeah well hard to discuss on the internet. One thing that is true is that size dont matter, but i have also been training muay thai and some mma for a while. But if we ever are on same LAN i am up for a fight thats fun ;)

I dont give a fuck what people think atm u are not fit bla bla bla. I lift heavy weights to grow now. After winter i start cut weight and trying to keep as much muscles as possible with a nice diet, with a lot of different kind of proteins and amino acids !

what's your training schedule/diet like?
This week has been for exemple Monday: Breast & Abs Tuesday: Back, wednesday (today) was shoulders and little light abs training. Tommorow will be some legs. And next day bicep / tricep i guess.
And atm how i eat is pretty simple, i am getting 3gram protein x my weight and 1gram fat my weight, and the rest carbs untill i reach a little higher amout of kcal that my body needs.
Supplements is, Proteinshakes (after training, breakfast etc etc whey 100 ), Aminoacids, ALOT of glutamin after training and before sleep. And eating zinc pills and zma pills to get higher natural testostorne and sleep better ^^
i can't deal with taking more than protein/creatine, it's too much supplementation for me :( i need whole foods!
i'm also doing muay thai & jiu jitsu though, which is building more core strength than anything i've done in a gym (possible exception of deadlifts)
how long have you been bodybuilding now?
so food and a vassle proteindrink after training is enough tbh, if u wanna build or cut.
yeah do the same thing at same time is DIFFICULT, and alot easier when you are really young or when u just started training ^^

Started bench with like 50kg and 1 my maxrep was maybe around 65kg. Legs around 110kg in sqaut. As beginnger i did not do deadlift at all, but when i started with it i lift around 80kg.
Atm my max on bench has been 140kg, I dead lift around 190kg without belt and rims on hands. I wanna reach 200 RAW ! :)
Sqaut, last time i did like 160 pretty easy :P but i have stopped train legs whole, since i cant wear jeans anymore like i used to, i am trying to get my legs a bit smaller. They were around 68cm each around my leg :P

You won't really gain muscle mass and lose weight at the same time, one or the other, try working on the latter, while keeping your protein up etc.
Find the ebook called Starting Strength - Barbell Training 2nd edition, or I can send it to you. Helped me when I was researching more when I used to train (l0L), covers strength training (which isn't quite going to make you some steroid looking bodybuilder, but overall strength and weight loss etc) \m/
i've read as much as i need to for now, i just tend to check bodybuilding.com for new articles every once in a while
i'm about 40-45lbs lighter than i was 9months ago :D gained ~25kg on my 1rm on bench (yet to test 1rm on dl/squat) too since i started, but i've still got a long way to go! i'm more focused on weight loss & cardio atm - will focus on the strength training once i drop another 10lbs or so
I was doing MT 4-5 times a week, but covered BJJ, silat, krav maga basics too with it. Had MMA on Tuesday's but never bothered with that homo sport so just went up and done some conditioning work on the 6ft bags :P
Need to start training again soon, but quite expensive being £5 a lesson or £40 a month :((((
