Few reasons I can come up with.

1. He's a nerd and she was his first 'friend'. Obviously isn't anymore.

2. She'd put on a rumor of the guy being an asshole who'd do anything just to get laid.

3. Response to her annoying asshole spam. I'd be pretty pissed if some girl was just spouting to me that I'm an asshole.

4. He's trolling her as if he'd care.
