Why cant you still learn decent English ? :D I have seen a dutch who barely spoke English few years back become one of the fluent speakers here on CF. But amazingly enough, you cant do that.

Those stereotypes really are true : a) French are too stupid to learn other languages or b) Just idioticly ignorant.
