New ET-RTCW server

Hi guys, on this IP 62.24.64.79:27960 you can find our brand new et server with rtcw settings and maps (b_wolfrof 1, b_distancefalloff 0).

So dont hesitate and join!

Firerates were cool, it just needs some ye olde RTCW skinpacks and most importantly, RTCW soundpacks.

Either

1) Turn off wolfrof
2) Leave wolfrof on and increase g_speed slightly (360 maybe?)

disable map vote and the misc vote's like restart map, xf shuffle, next map etc

if you turn on wolfrof and disable distancefalloff, also force b_hitsounds 1 and get a mod or sth to increase the weaponspread + a stronger pf. Remove mines and rifle, too.

then it could be at least a little bit like rtcw :d
