btw, egg yolk is bad for your health if you eat too much of it
It's just the fatty part of the egg which serious body builders ignore even tho per gram it has as much protein as the white so i leave it in. Shame i only had 1 left :(

you should try to come up with some facts instead of some poor insults bro
anyways proper pre workout nutrition is as important as post workout for example a pre-workout protein meal will enhance the delivery of amino acids to muscle tissue , increased bloodflow to working muscles etc.

"Delivery of amino acids has been shown to be significantly greater during the exercise bout when consumed pre-workout than after exercise (Tipton, 2001). There is also a significant difference in amino acid delivery in the 1st h after exercise, with the pre-exercise protein drink providing a significant advantage. Net amino acid uptake across the muscle is twice as high with a pre-workout protein drink as compared to consuming it after. Phenylalanine disappearance rate, an indicator of muscle protein synthesis from blood amino acids, was significantly higher when amino acids were taken pre-workout. These results indicate that the response of net muscle protein synthesis to consumption of a protein solution immediately before resistance exercise is greater than when the solution is consumed after exercise. This is primarily because of an increased delivery of amino acids to the muscle. "

didn't meant to insult you calm down, and for the protein thing you can copy whatever you want, anyone with a minimum knowledge will tell you the same as me, you take proteins specially the ones he shows on the video, after doing the exercise and if you want to take something before you can take carbohydrates or creatine, but proteins are always more effective after training, I dont say this, thats what they will tell you in any gym or anyone with a minimum knwoledge on the matter.

If you want to end up fat or you think Alexl is an example of perfect body, do what these guys tell you.
And like one guy says below, the best thing to do is eat properly! theres no better thing than diet.

These products all this kids spend money on to become "muscle man" are a waste of money and 10% of what will bring you results, the 90% exercise and diet.

alexl is on a bulk ... its way easier to gain muscles with a big plus of calories over your caloric maintenance and more effective than going for a clean bulk ... he will get some fat yes but that doesnt matter over the winter period + he can cut down to a digit percentage of bodyfat in no time.

and i didnt say post work protein isnt important , it is as a pre workout i just wanted to "show" that there are diffrent strategies starting from providing alternative energy substrates to preserve energy stores to loading broteinz

Only thing my shake contains atm is whey with a high level of protein and low-fatmilk, G5, Milk kills protein ? o_O
Yea so my instructor said! and hes been in body building competitions! apparently it stops some of the protein from being readily absorbed by the body and is best to take it with water. But with milk...mmmm :)
