Music Library Software

Can anyone recommend a good program that can organise my music and display my entire collection in the following format?

I've tried WMP12, and the lack of customization means even simple features cannot be changed or added.

foobar2000 requires to much work to get it to work and look like a normal music library.

MediaMoney is slow and buggy as hell

Don't even get me started on iTunes

Help crossfire!

foobar doesn't take a ton of work to function normally, you message someone with a theme you like, get them to send the file and tell you what components it uses and import... I mean sure doing the fancier stuff with scripts is difficult if you don't know what to do, but Google might work there?

foobar + theme/components pack.. its like 1 minute to download and install it, 5-10 minutes to search for the theme/component-setup you want on deviantart, 1 minute to install this theme-pack :P

heard wmp12 should be nice :S

but honestly.. there are very nice themes & component packs which do exactly what you want and let foobar look awesome at the same time. + the new foobar version automatically checks for component updates.. also its pretty much the fastest/lightweight mp3 player i know :)

Ok I've reinstalled foobar and am messing around with it. I've added my library but no music is showing :/ Any idea what I need to do?

is it scanning your library? you can see the status in the preferences pane where you add the directory locations

Nope, figured it out though. I needed to click Album List and enable it in the library settings. Werid how such a thing isn't enabled outta the box.

if you actually find a good looking full features theme, please let me know.
I've been using foobar since like 06/07 and still haven't found one that's 100% :/

Any idea how to get foobar to add new music from folders automatically? Even when I restart foobar, new music isn't added. I need to click Library -> Album List and double click. :/

thats weird cause here it works.. what ever i move into the music folder (which is added in the music library for foobar) gets added to foobar. and so should it be? maybe u messed around with some settings?

you wont ever find a good player if you arent even willing to invest 10 minutes to customizing it.
