Win7 and ET?

Some friends and myself started to miss playing some ET.. And since my beloved normal PC got some kind of an impossible and unsolvable problem with Punkbuster Heartbeat (I guess that PB is not disabled at public servers like Cybergames and so yet? Or?)
I thought about using this laptop to play some..
Well my laptop is a Sony Vaio E series VPCEB1M1E and it normaly has np. running "powerful-games" (Which ET rly isnt but you know, stable FPS is a good thingy :D)

So I want to know if its easy to get a Win7 Laptop to run ET? And if it is.. Is there any easy way to install ET? Because I'm a bit confused about the punkbuster if that still needs to be update, and HOW since my normal pc I can't get working decent with punkbuster.. So please update me on this topic ;D It's 90 days (According to SplatterLadder) since I played ET last time :P So be nice, I'm getting noobish in ET :(

works but somehow i have the feeling i have strange mouseaccle on win7 eventho i turned it off :|

there was some program with that you are able to check if there's mouse accle.. you maybe know what I mean?

if "mouse movement recorder" give same value to mouse and pointer movement its fixed

go play on your pc on slac publics, saves you the pain of playing on a laptop.

Works np but ET doesnt support multicore , so your FPS will prolly be lower than usual. ( You will only run ET on single core )

i've the same laptop and et runs perfectly. I just had some probs with pb at the beginning (always got kicked for unknown guid auth) but i could solve it by using these pb commands: pb_cdkeyreg; pb_cdkeyauth
